Attention Tucson:
Mayor Regina Romero has declared a local emergency, by Tuesday night at 8pm the city will shutdown social gathering spaces. Mayor Romero's order will temporarily close down: Food courts, dine-in areas inside restaurants, bars, gyms and other venues where groups of people congregate through the end of the month.
Take out and delivery will still be available.
The mayors orders also include:
-All Service counters, within city buildings including, ward offices and city hall will be closed through the end of March.
-There will be no interruption in recycling, trash, landfill or water services.
-All evictions on city-owned public housing will be suspended till the end of April.
-And there will be no water shutoffs through the end of April.
