The 49th annual winter street fair, on historic Fourth Avenue, In Tucson AZ, took place this past weekend December 7-9. The Fourth Avenue Street Fair is a biannual event, one in the winter and one in the spring. The funds from this event are used to support and maintain the historic grounds of Fourth Avenue, give back to local nonprofits and help the Tucson Community.
Friday, December 7th was a rainy day on Fourth Avenue However, the rain did not stop the fun. Saturday and Sunday were beautiful, the sun was out with a slight breeze throughout the day. .
The heart of Tucson truly shines in culture, music, art and food. The food can be described in one word, AMAZING. You can find a plethora of food, from fried Oreos to delicious elotes (grilled Mexican corn) a staple here in Tucson. A great time for all ages, indeed.
