Through tragedy, many can recall what they were doing when they first heard of the attacks on the twin towers. On the 11th of September in 2001, struggling to make sense of the day's event, this Tucson man ran through the basic cable box from start to finish, one channel after the next, recording a few seconds of whatever happened to be on each station. Some networks had suspended programming for the day, others stations like ESPN and VH1 switched over to their news affiliate (revealing traces of media ownership and partnerships). The video runs 19 minutes, when the tape ran out.
Our deepest respect to all of our brave first responders. #NeverForget
