TUCSON - On Wednesday, the University of Arizona Police released body camera footage from the arrest of sophomore basketball player, Ira Lee back on Aug. 19.
Lee was arrested for super extreme DUI, meaning his BAC level was at least a 0.20, more than twice the legal limit. No word on whether the basketball program will discipline Lee for his actions. His arraignment is scheduled for Monday.
If convicted of super extreme DUI, Lee faces a minimum of three days in jail and nine days house arrest with an ankle bracelet monitor.
