Diddy's legal team has denied the allegations from several new accusers who claim the artist sexually assaulted them.

In a statement Billboard published on Monday, October 14, attorneys for Sean "Diddy" Combs said "the truth will prevail" in court. They're adamant that their client "has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman." They also asserted that Tony Buzbee, the attorney who filed the recent wave of lawsuits, is desperate for attention.

"The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today's barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity," Combs' lawyers said.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process," the statement continued. "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”

During a press conference held at the top of October, Buzbee announced that he's representing 120 clients who plan to take legal action against Combs. The Texas-based attorney and L.A. lawyer Van Arsdale established a hotline for people who have information about Combs and his federal sex trafficking case. He claimed he's spoken to 60 men and 60 women who alleged they were victims of Combs and his enterprise of accomplices. Some of those people were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.

Buzbee and Arsdale filed six new lawsuits from four John Doe's and two Jane Doe's on Monday. The four men claim Combs drugged and sexually assaulted them on separate occasions from as early as 2021 to as far back as the late '90s. One of the men was 16 when he met Combs allegedly forced him to drop his pants and grabbed his genitals at his White Party in the Hamptons in 1998. Meanwhile, one of the women claimed Combs trapped her in a room at a Marriott hotel after raped her and her friend at an after-party in 2004.

Combs was arrested and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and other disturbing offenses. He's currently being held in a jail cell in Brooklyn while he awaits trial, which is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
