Doritos Just Dropped Sriracha-Flavored Chips To Spice Up Your Life

PepsiCo Inc. Products Ahead Of Earnings Figures

There have been rumors swirling about the possibility of a Sriracha-flavored Dorito dropping sometime this fall for quite a while now. Back in July, a foodie Instagram account shared a photo of the rumored product and hinted the spicy Doritos would arrive in October. Well, on Thursday (October 3) those rumors have finally been confirmed. Screamin' Sriracha Doritos are finally here.

According to Delish, Screamin' Sriracha Doritos will be available for a limited-time-only. The new zesty chips combine the classic, cheesy Doritos flavor with the spicy-meets-sweet flavor profile of Sriracha. Doritos fans can grab a bag across the US for $4.29 for a 9.75 ounce bag starting in select stores on Monday (October 7) and nationwide later in the month.

Fans of Flamin' Hot Doritos will love Frito Lay's latest product. The Flamin' Hot Doritos dropped back in January and quickly became a fan favorite. When rumors of another spicy Doritos product started over the summer, fans couldn't deny their excitement. "Been bugging the Fritolay guys about this," one fan wrote. "Yess found out about this last month and I can’t wait to try them," another chimed in.

Interesting food collaborations are the new trend du jour of the snack world right now. Between these two Doritos flavors dropping, there's been a slow of other trendy snack flavors hitting grocery store shelves this past year. From Coca-Cola Cinnamon to Pumpkin-flavored Rice Krispie Treats, there was no shortage of new treats to try in 2019.

Will you be trying Screamin' Sriracha Doritos when they drop on Monday?
