Great-Grandma Meets New Grandchild For First Time Through Car Window

98-year-old great grandma, Janina, met her 15th month old grandchild though a car window due to the coronavirus pandemic. The parents brought the child to a parking lot in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, to meet her great grandma for the first time.

"It was bittersweet for her," Maggie Oberschlake told "Good Morning America." "She was so happy and excited to be driving to see Emma, even if it meant it was just going to be through a window."

The parents gave baby Emma Jane as her middle name which is English for Janina. Great Grandmother Janina came to America from Poland in 1974 and has five children.

Janina is currently self isolating during this coronavirus pandemic and only goes out to do dialysis 3-4 times a week.
