An 8-year old girl was found unresponsive on I-10 this morning.. Deputies believe that she fell out of a moving vehicle, but her family was located a short ways away? Hmm, something doesn't sound right. Who falls out of a moving vehicle? and why didn't they notice or turn back right away? Praying the little girl gets better soon.
